Dear Amigo,
Let’s talk about anger. Well, really more like anger management.
In the book Anger Management, by Judy Dyer, we read, “If left unchecked, anger can become a habit.”
We don’t often think of anger—or anger management issues—as a habit. But I would take this a step further. Someone with anger problems could be described as having a collection of bad habits that involve both emotion and stress management.
In other words, a so-called short fuse is a systematic problem. But it’s also a fixable problem.
But that’s all for today.
Until tomorrow…
…and, always remember, stay crispy, my friend.
